If you have been to Noah’s barn then I guarantee you have met Turtle! I like to call him the farm mascot. If his good looks didn’t already make you fall in love his show tricks are sure to have you wanting to take him home! At only 3 years old this gelding has the demeanor of a 15 year old. He stands right at 15 hands and we are in the process of getting him registered! We are guaranteeing papers to his new owners!! He is 1/2 Gypsy, 1/4 Percheron, 1/4 QH. There was a lot of thought and dedication that went into Turte and it clearly shows with his conformation and mindset! He LOVES attention. He is the first to nicker at you in the barn, sticks his nose in the halter, and if you let him I’m sure he’d follow you around all day like a puppy! Turtle rides extremely well! He is full of class and athleticism. He smoothly transitions from a walk, trot, and canter while staying collected. He stops well with a great reverse and he will pivot both ways. Turtle also knows a few tricks! If you point up he will shake his head yes, if you put down he will shake his head no! He also knows how to lay down. Turtle is also phenomenal to ride outside! He will go anywhere you point him in the trail, ride through down town traffic without batting an eye, or lope across a big open field as level headed as you can ask him to be!
