Sie ist an der Kutsche absolut sicher und auch unter Reitern läuft sie geführt, frei und an der Longe ohne Probleme. Großer Trubel und viele Kinder ist sie gewohnt. Sie wurde professionell 2022 von einem Kutschtrainer eingefahren und ist im Anschluss auch weiterhin trainiert worden. Josie ist super verlässlich vor der Kutsche und sehr gut geeignet für Fahranfänger, sie ist nicht schreckhaft, kennt sehr viel an Verkehr und verzeiht einem viele Fehler.
