Zajeżdżony w wieku 4 lat, bez presji, wprowadzany powoli w nowe rzeczy. Wałach jest bardzo dobrze ujeżdżony, grzeczny i bezproblemowy w obsłudze zarówno w domu jak i na zawodach. Koń startujący skoki na poziomie klasy P/N - z dużym potencjałem na więcej- jest w stałym treningu. Charakteryzuje się "zimną głową”, jest typowym misiem. Koń nie jest wyeksploatowany, jest zdrowy, bardzo zadbany, kuty na przód, pod regularną opieką fizjoterapeuty, padokowany w stadzie z innymi wałachami, chodzi w tereny sam, nie boi się: podmurówek, banerów, kolorowych drągów, traktorów, krów itp.
