Introducing SMOOTH SMOKIN RONDO aka “Rondo” is a super good looking palomino quarter horse gelding. Rondo is 11 years old and is standing at 15.1 hands tall making him the perfect height and age for anyone. He has been an extremely sweet and well mannered gelding the whole time we have owned him. He has a thick, sturdy build with clean legs and feet that will last him for years to come! Not only is Rondo extremely good looking he also rides extremely broke! He has been rode outside and is an amazing trail companion. Rondo has been on many, miles of trails, and rides through all kinds of terrain. He is very careful about where he places his feet and always takes care of his rider. He has absolutely no spook or funny business, He is a point and go type of horse. Rondo will cross water, go through brush and logs with ease. He has been rode on the road and is used to all kinds of traffic and all of our heavy machinery here on the farm. Rondo rides very well in the arena, will one step lope, nice stop and back up. Trot around with a headset, has a true one hand neck rein. Side pass to open and shut gates. Rondo has also been used for cattle sortings, brandings, and has even been roped off of. Rondo stands perfectly still to tack, bath, stand tied to the trailer, has been hauled all over and will load and haul quietly. He'll pick up all 4 feet and stands great for the vet and for the farrier. Rondo loves a bath and to be groomed. He is used to a stall and turn out on pasture and will do well on either. He does great with time off and will ride off the same every time. Rondo is selling with a current negative coggins, rabies vaccine, recent dental work and shod on all four feet.
