Clark is as solid of a horse as there! Standing at an exact 15.2 HH and wearing a size 1 shoe. He is a big gentle gelding at the prime age of 13. Clark is a seasoned ranch horse that was used on a huge cow calf operation in the north central Texas area. He has been used to scout for sick calves in the pasture, drag calves to the fire at the brandings and sort pairs in the pen. He is sure to do anything capable while on horse back. He is very “cowy” pins his ears flat back and will track any cow down. Clark is laid back and calm minded. He has a very low, collected head set and is a point and go type of guy. Clark can climb any mountain trail and cross anything in his path! He is as sure footed as a mule. Just as well as he rides outside on the trails, he’s just as comfortable in the arena. Lopes on a loose rein and has a very nice handle. Moves off leg pressure and neck reins around fantastic. He is a gentleman to be around always. He stands quietly at the cross ties. Picks up all his feet and will let you crawl anywhere under him to scrub every inch while giving him a bath. He is shod all the way around and is great for farrier. He loads and haul great and can be turned out in the pasture with other horses or stalled alone. He doesn’t have a care in the world. Clark will stay gentle for any amount of time that has past, he will ride off everyday the absolute same. Clark is a gelding that has it all! Size, brains and talent!
