Jasper is a 6 year old, 15 hand gelding. He has a cute expression and attractive personality. He has a solid, walk, trot, and canter. He rides soft in the bridle and responds to leg pressure well. He is experienced on the trails. There isn’t anywhere I wouldn’t take Jasper trail riding. We have trail ridden him all over Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. Most recently we took him to CO and went trail riding in the Rockies. He took in all the new sights, sounds, and smells with complete grace like he had ridden there his entire life. The rougher and different terrain didn’t phase him at all, and he really enjoyed the quick flowing rivers. He crossed them without a second thought. We have had complete beginners riding him on the trails and he takes care of them the absolute best. He will lead the group, or follow along with the beginners or experienced riders alike. He shows great potential for being an English horse as well. He is a nice mover and very athletic. He is schooling 1st level dressage movements currently and shows potential to go higher. Jasper has nice ground manners, loads well, gets along with the group in turnout, and stands well for the farrier. Jasper is the horse everyone wants to choose when it’s time to go out on a ride, and he is often fought over. Don’t miss out on a great, young gelding!
