Roanie is a drop dead gorgeous red roan gelding. Roanie is registered a 8 year old and stands at 15.1 hands tall. Roanie has been a very sweet and well mannered the whole time we have owned him. He has a thick, sturdy build with that will last for years to come! Not only is Roanie extremely good looking he also rides extremely broke! He has been rode outside and is an amazing trail companion. Roanie has been on many, miles of trails, and rides through all kinds of terrain. He is very careful about where he places his feet and always takes care of his rider. He is a point and go type of horse. Roanie will cross water, go through brush and logs with ease. He has been rode on the road and is used to all kinds of traffic. He will ride out alone or in a big group, you can just throw the reins away and just point and go enjoy a nice relaxing ride on him. Roanie also rides really good in the arena and is a pretty fancy mover! He even rides BRIDLELESS! He will one step lope, always picking up the correct leads, nice stop and back up. Trot around with a headset, has a true one hand neck rein. Even side pass to open and shut gates. If you can swing a leg over him you can ride him. You can let Roanie sit for a long time and he will be the same horse every single time. No buck or rear ever! Roanie has seen a rope and loves to sort cows. Roanie always stands perfectly still to tack, bath, stand tied to the trailer, has been hauled all over and will load and haul quietly.
