“Tilda” is a 15 yr old black pony mare that stands 13.3 hands and is as Flashy and shapey as you could ask for! She has a world of experience to offer to her riders! Tilda has been used for just about anything! This sweet and gentle mare has recently been used on the ranch to gather and push cattle to the pens and is big enough to keep up with the big horses and mom and dad. She stays sane in tricky and loud situations in the pens and is the point and shoot type. She absolutely loves the littles ones! She will absolutely melt in tbe hands if a child! Tilda has been on overnight trail rides in the mountains and stays sure footed and aware! She will cross water with ease and pick through the thickest brush quietly and proficiently. Tilda handles the swampy ground and slews like a pro at our place! She has been hauled to playdays and used for leadline for the tiniest rider to win some ribbons. Tilda is simple to operate and is way more woah than go with and amazing stop. She would make an excellent confidence builder or a good mount for a smaller adult to trail ride and use outside. She is built heavy enough that she can be used confidently by adults and the kids will have years with her before they outgrow her.
