Handsome Welsh pony loads of potential

Smart little unregistered welsh pony for sale juat turned 3 years 12 hands approx gelding.  Very nice looking boy moves lovely broken to long rein and bridle had saddle on but not broken as no small rider. 
I brought him to be a driving pony as a 2 year old and he was a nightmare but lots of hard work and love his come a very long way.. happily long reins in school and out on roads not spooky occasionally needs encouragement never been treated heavy handed as his background to my knowledge he wasn't treated at all well. Typical Welsh has his cheeky moments and tries iflt on but never nasty just sees how far he can push but a firm yet kind hand his an angel .
Really sad sale as his waisted with me I just don't have time to educate him further as have another youngster being broken to drive.  
This pony won't just go to anyone homes will be vetted  not to be brought and passed around. 
Very intelligent little chap would excel in anything in right hands and correct training. Home is far more important than price currently looking for low/
